Lee Bennett - CEO
Lee began his career in the fuel industry at 16, working for Hawk Oil in Medford. By 20, he was in Portland, enhancing gas stations for Leathers Fuels. His journey took him from laboring in Alaska and California with O’Sullivan Omega to a service technician role at NW Pump. Settling in Bend, Oregon, Lee’s entrepreneurial spirit led to the founding of Bennett Inc., which evolved into Central Service Inc., reflecting its expansion and varied services. Committed to excellence in construction, fuel services, and compliance, Lee and his team serve the Pacific Northwest with distinction.
Jeremiah Fender - COO
Jeremiah has been in the construction world most of his life, working on a variety of different-sized projects, from small tenant improvement projects to ground-up structures. He studied Land Use and Business at California State while working as a commercial appraiser doing right-of-away acquisitions and land development. After moving to Bend Oregon he joined Central Oregon Irrigation District (COID) as their first Land Use Specialist helping them develop their systems and processes while being an agency liaison with other government agencies, developers, and contractors. He participated in the development of the District’s Hydroelectric Program and capital improvement projects. After leaving COID to develop a construction company specializing in commercial construction and land use consulting he was recruited by Central Service Inc. as their Chief Operations Officer where he has been a change driver developing new company directions, structure, and processes.
Brad Plumb - Construction Coordinator
Brad has worked in the building industry for more than 30 years. He studied civil engineering at CSULB in Southern California. Following school, he became the project architect for Pyros Design Group coordinating and managing multi-story buildouts for Union Bank, John Wayne Airport expansion, and a multitude of large-scale mall rehabs. He was recruited by KB Home to create their first estimating department, and later became the director of national contracts. In 2001 he decided to move his family to Bend Oregon and start Plumb and Associates, Inc. a full-service design company that specialized in multi-housing, and largescale tract developments. After the collapse of the housing markets in 2009, he went to work for an international manufacturing company as their sales director. He managed their sales force, and traveled across the globe obtaining new international distributors. Over the last several years he owned a construction service company, which he recently sold.
Lori Lewis - Project Manager
Lori Lewis brings over a decade of diverse experience to the construction industry, having progressed from Project Coordinator to Project Engineer, and now excelling as a Project Manager. Her career has spanned roles with General Contractors and specialized trade Subcontractors, giving her a well-rounded perspective on collaborative project execution. Lori’s expertise covers a wide array of construction projects, from ground-up developments to renovations in multi-family housing, as well as upscale retail and single-family homes.
Beyond construction, Lori has a rich background in administrative support and has held leadership roles across various industries. This breadth of experience allows her to inject innovative perspectives and solutions into the construction profession, enhancing project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Toon, Office Safety Dog
Meet Toon, the vigilant guardian of our office and a sprightly mix of 62% Great Pyrenees and 38% Pit Bull. As our dedicated Safety Dog, Toon takes her role seriously, ensuring that no leaf rustles or courier slips by unnoticed with her robust bark—our very own alert system with a wagging tail! Not just a watchdog, Toon is the heart of our workplace; she warmly greets every visitor with enthusiastic hellos and generous kisses, making everyone feel immediately welcomed.
Toon isn’t shy about participating in company meetings either; she proudly claims her own chair at the table, ready to offer input or perhaps just lend a listening ear. Her presence is a friendly reminder of our team’s spirit and unity. Whether she’s patrolling the office perimeter or brightening our day with her affectionate antics, Toon is more than just a pet; she’s an irreplaceable part of our office family. With her around, we’re always reminded that safety can indeed come with a joyful bark and a wet nose!
