Our Team

Behind every Blockseven project is a team of dedicated artisans, each bringing their unique expertise and passion to the table. Meet the minds and hands that shape our constructions.

Lee Bennett - CEO

Lee began his career in the fuel industry at 16, working for Hawk Oil in Medford. By 20, he was in Portland, enhancing gas stations for Leathers Fuels. His journey took him from laboring in Alaska and California with O’Sullivan Omega to a service technician role at NW Pump. Settling in Bend, Oregon, Lee’s entrepreneurial spirit led to the founding of Bennett Inc., which evolved into Central Service Inc., reflecting its expansion and varied services. Committed to excellence in construction, fuel services, and compliance, Lee and his team serve the Pacific Northwest with distinction.

Jeremiah Fender - COO

Jeremiah has been in the construction world most of his life, working on a variety of different-sized projects, from small tenant improvement projects to ground-up structures. He studied Land Use and Business at California State while working as a commercial appraiser doing right-of-away acquisitions and land development. After moving to Bend Oregon he joined Central Oregon Irrigation District (COID) as their first Land Use Specialist helping them develop their systems and processes while being an agency liaison with other government agencies, developers, and contractors. He participated in the development of the District’s Hydroelectric Program and capital improvement projects.
